Return Policy
We are totally committed to providing you with the best services possible. We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase online through our various websites. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for a full refund of the purchase price within the 15 days from the day of purchase using our Exchange/Return Instructions.

After 15 days of your purchase you can return an item for refund. Store Credits will be given if you are returning the item after the 13 day period. No refunds will be issued after 30 days.

You must have a return purchase authorization which can be acquired by emailing us at designerloft@sbcglobal.net. Once the RPA has been issured, the item must be returned in new and unused condition with original tags; if any and with all paperwork to insure full credit. "New and unused" means that there are no scratches, or marks on the item. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used, re-cut or altered in any way. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent by a traceable carrier. The customer must pay all costs related to return shipping.

All items properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund/replacement or a store credit, at your option. If you choose a refund, the adjusted purchase price will be credited in the same form of payment used for the original purchase.
